Our diamond tools for calibrating engineered stone and quartz came about from combining production cycle know-how with ongoing monitoring of our customer’s needs. Calibration may be just the first step in processing these materials, but it is nevertheless fundamental. Material prep for further processing steps is executed by calibration on both slab sides, which eliminates moulding defects. Cylindrical, spiral and “Paccodisc” spiral rollers, as well as calibrating plates, have been developed to ensure maximum finishing efficiency and quality, and also to assist in maintaining stress on transmission systems to an absolute minimum.
